If an instalment remains unpaid thirty (30) days after its due date, the College may withdraw you from the Course with no entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid.

2.3 Proof of identity

You must upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport, UK driving licence, or national ID card with your application. Your ID is stored securely and used only to verify your identity for enrolment.

2.4 Financial responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the method of payment you use (e.g. bank card, authorised sponsor) will cover all fees due. The College is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or currency-conversion provider.

3. Commitment & Attendance

  • Commitment. Apply only if you can attend for the entire duration of your Course.
  • Punctuality & absence. You must attend and arrive on time for all lectures, seminars, and tutorials. Absences (ill-health or exceptional circumstances) must be reported in advance to info@madinahcollege.uk.
  • Minimum attendance standard. Falling below 80% attendance may lead to academic penalties or removal from the Course.

4. Communication

  • Our broadcast channel and DreamClass are the primary channels for notices, teaching materials, and timetable changes.
  • You are responsible for joining the channel, installing the app, and checking messages.
  • Email remains the channel for formal correspondence relating to your enrolment, fees, and records.

No payment is taken today, and joining the list does not confirm a place.

How the waiting list works
  1. You complete the application. It is the same form as a normal application, so nothing has to be filled in twice later. No payment is taken and nothing is owed - this is not yet an offer of a place.
  2. Places are offered in order. When a place frees up, we work down the list in the order it was joined.
  3. We contact you. You will hear from us by email and phone, and because we already hold your application, all you have to do is pay to confirm the place.
While you wait

Other levels of Arabic & Islamic Studies are still open for 2026/27, and our team can advise on the right one for you.
