Complete beginner: no Arabic knowledge needed. You will start from the very first letter of the alphabet.
You can already read and write Arabic: you can join letters and read vowelised text. You are ready to start building proper grammar and vocabulary.
You have completed Level 2, or have previously studied the Madinah Arabic Books and have a grounding equivalent to Level 2, comfortably reading joined vowelised text.
You have completed Level 3 or hold an equivalent intermediate Arabic and Islamic Studies qualification.
